Very nice & spacious room with all the extras, coffee, hair dryer, fridge, comfy bed, large TV, great WiFi, safe, large closet area, great air conditioning & hot water at the sink as well as the shower. The location is very quiet. On the downside, I didn't enjoy getting on my hands & knees to get something from the back of the fridge & having only 1 chair in the room meant that 2 cannot enjoy the balcony unless 1 person stands the whole time. The pool was great. Food & drinks were also quite nice. They have plenty of private parking with a guarded entrance.

Friendly staff, great pool area and comfy rooms. Perfect place to relax before or after a flight. They offer a free airport transfer which was great and a free buffet breakfast in the morning for all guests. Buffet breakfast was lacking options for people with food intolerances and also for vegetarians and vegans.

We enjoyed our stay here with our team! We love the pool. Clean and cozy room! All basic needs are in the room, plus factor is their personal ref :) very aesthetic hotel. Breakfast buffet is fine.

I hated my experience with this hotel. The room had mold and it smells like a basement. I asked for another room and it had the same problem. I had no internet for the 4 nights I was there. They told me they are working on the issue. At least there is a breakfast included, well I pick up bread from the buffet and a cockroach crawled out of the bread basket. It is rated a 4 stars hotel. Honestly, go else where if you want clean room with internet. Also, last day they provided me with a free shuttle to the airport and a take out breakfast because I had to leave at 5:30am. Opened the box it was a sandwich with about 6 live ants at the bottom of the box. Every day was a disappointment. The only nice thing was the pool.

We stayed here a couple nights after long flights getting to Puerto Princessa. Sleep was needed. Staff were great and the breakfast was probably the best I have ever seen for being included with the hotel price. Great selection of food for both those from the Philippines and foreigners like myself. My gf is originally from the Philippines so this restaurant was perfect. Lots of tricycle taxis across the street if you need to go anywhere. Front counter staff seem to always know someone if you need a private shuttle to go on excursions in the area.
